Yeast GABA is made by fermentation process with LactobacillusbrevisBJ20 from autolysed yeast solution.
This product includes a GABA(γ-aminobutyric acid) content of 5% and has various physiologic functionality.
Physiologic functionality such as acetylcholinesterse, prolyendopeptidase, β-secretase inhibition activity is
high.
 Ferment Strain : Lactobacillus brevis BJ20
Natural GABA Contents : 5 %
